Jump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes. Participants may bring and use their own goggles and free weights, noodles, etc. (optional, but highly suggested)
Water Aerobics are offered on Monday and Thursday, during the regular Pool Season from 6:30-7:30 PM.
No Water Aerobics on Monday June 5 or Thursday June 8, 2017 due to swimming lesson session.
No Water Aerobics on Monday July 10 or on Thursday July 13, 2017 due to swimming lesson session.
Fees : $5.00 per class.
Please bring your own towel and wear a swim suit.
Starting June 5th, 2017, on Monday nights(5:00 pm), we will offering a
aquatics program to special needs children and adults. Within this 1 to 1 1/2 hour class, they will work on social skills, swim strokes, water safety and more. If you're interested, fill out the SNAP form and return to the pool on June 5th or after.
