Zedler Mill sets the backdrop for your classic, rustic, but elegant wedding and reception or any type celebration.  Our premiere location is framed by magnificent views of the San Marcos River.  Whether you choose to take in our captivating interior design or the beauty of a hill country sunset from our amphitheater seating, the charm of this splendid setting is ideal for your Texas outdoor wedding or any event. 

Our facility can be transformed into as relaxed a space as you like or a more formal, elegant space. General Information

 

We appreciate your interest in Zedler Mill Pavilion rental.  As requested, additional information about our venue is listed below.


  • 16 hour rental (8:00 AM to Midnight)
  • Private Bridal dressing room and rustic Groom dressing room 
  • Indoor PA System and climate controlled indoor pavilion Reception Hall
  • Clean up services available – additional fees apply
  • Golf cart shuttle services available for guests from parking lot to venue  - additional fees apply
  • Complimentary use of Zedler Mill complex for engagement photos, bridal portraits, and wedding party photos (appointments necessary)
  • No Interest, Personal Payment Plan for rental costs
  • Reddy Ice 20 lb. bagged ice available for your convenience – additional fees apply
  • 22 round tables (60” rounds) for reception hall
  • 275 chairs 
  • 10 – 8’ x 30” rectangular tables for reception hall
  • Prior Day set up in Reception Hall (based on availability) – additional fees apply
  • You choose your own Vendors. We provide a list of preferred Vendors, however, you may select any Vendor you desire!
  • Ampitheatre style outdoor ceremony site on the San Marcos River
  • Kitchen including two refrigerator/freezers, two stovetops/ovens, microwave oven, three-tiered commercial sink, large island, and plenty of countertop space for food prep and catering services


Also attached is our Rental Contract for the venue.  Current pricing is $3,000 rental for a Saturday date.  Friday or Sunday rental (per day) is $2,500.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday rental (per day) is $1,000, plus a $1,000 refundable deposit ($500 of the deposit should be paid along with a completed and signed Rental Contract in order to secure a rental date).


Please let me know if you have additional questions.  We invite you for a site tour with our staff.  We hold private tours during office hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and some weekends as our schedule allows.  Let us know what appointment date and time fits your schedule!

Rental Contract

Please print the rental contract and complete and sign the contract (contact Phyllis to check date availability prior to submitting contract). You can deliver, fax or email the rental contract to Phyllis at Zedler Mill (office located in the Scale House on site). You May also to come to the Zedler Mill Office to complete a rental contract in person.

If alcoholic beverages are provided or consumed at the event, a Liquor Host Liability Insurance Policy must be purchased.  The certificate of insurance may be purchased from www.wedsafe.com or your own insurance carrier.  The certificate must be emailed to Zedler@CityofLuling.net

Please complete the attached Photo Release Form to grant Zedler Mill representatives rights to publish photos from your event to our website and/or Facebook page.
