The SEAL COAT PROJECT consists of approximately 60,000 square yards of seal coat on existing City Streets.
This 2022-2023, 2023-2024 SEAL COATING PROJECT shall meet or exceed specifications of the City of Luling. Copies of the contract specifications may be obtained from the Office of the City Secretary, 509 East Crockett Street, Luling, Texas during normal working hours, Monday through Friday.
