The City of Luling has been awarded funding through the 2025 USDA – NRCS program for
bridge and pipe replacement/renovation. These services are being solicited to assist the City
of Luling in the administration and implementation of the awarded grant, which will support
the necessary infrastructure improvements for the City of Luling. Accordingly, the City of
Luling is seeking to contract with a qualified engineering firm to provide services including
design, bidding, and construction oversight for the project.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24th, 2025. The
City of Luling reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit
proposals, in accordance with the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the
Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business
