Winter Sewer Averaging. Sewer charges for residential customers are based on a winter sewer average. The average water consumption used during the winter months of December 16 - March 16 each year determines your monthly sewer charge for the next twelve months. 

New customers will pay a flat rate of $30.00 until such time a winter average can be established. Maximum residential sewer charge $50.00 per month.
