Attached is a $2,500 grant opportunity being made to Caldwell County area businesses through money the County has received from Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation. The Caldwell County Community Services Foundation will be evaluating these grants, but are using the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce as a fiscal agent as they have not been granted their 501 (c) 3 status at this time. This grant is not funded by the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce and is available to ALL businesses in Caldwell County. Including Non-Members to any of our 3 area Chambers. 

The Luling Economic Development Corporation has been working to create a separate grant using pretty much the same application format and hopefully they will have it approved following the LEDC Special Meeting on Wednesday April 22, 2020. The grant from the LEDC will be only for businesses in the City of Luling and Luling ETJ.

Please fill out both applications (EDC app coming soon!) if you qualify under the guidelines set in the applications. This notice is just to eliminate any confusion as the grant applications are using the same basic template. Good Luck!
